Special Needs

The Need:

This category includes those that are deaf, have other physical challenges or any impairment at all. Often you have to go through special ways to contact the police and family members. If you have challenges speaking, your sense of security is comprised if you need help. In a panic situation, it becomes much worse.

The Solution:

The Panic Alert requires no speaking or explaining to get immediate help. All that you have to do is press one button on your telephone and the police are notified immediately. The police are also made aware of the special needs you have. Then, the Panic Alert attendant will personally contact family members on your emergency notify list that the Panic Alert was engaged.

Home Security:

The Need, and The Solution:

The Panic Alert acts as a Silent Alarm from any telephone in the home.

Unlike 911, where the Operator will ask, “what is the emergency?” and complete silence is compromised, the Panic Alert speed dial feature is silent. When keeping completely silent is imperative, the Panic Alert will notify the police, as well as family members immediately. There is no need to speak or be spoken to.  You will hear a confirmation message if you choose to listen after engaging a silent alarm.

This is especially important for those people who do not have a security system in their home.   But even if you do, and even if it includes an alarm button on the keypad, will you want to sound the alert siren ?  And home alarm keypads are usually in an inconvenient place, not where you sleep, or where you spend most of your time. . However, most people have telephones in multiple locations in their home.
