Parent(s) with Children
The Need:
As a single parent, you are home with your children and one of them has an acute emergency. (Such as medical trauma).what will you do first? Most likely you will run to the child in trouble and help them.
When do you call for help? How can you, as a parent, leave your child alone when that child is facing a medical trauma?
Do you call 911 first and then run to the child?. Most likely not..
The Solution:
The panic alert button on each telephone is simply engaged by utilizing the speed dial on your existing telephone. There is no need to explain the situation or wait for the 911 Operator to answer and give the operator instructions, or details of the situation. The Panic Alert is immediate. Just press one button and the police as well as family or friends are notified immediately. The police will respond immediately to the situation, where they can now assist the parent and the child. They are trained to handle such emergencies.
College Students
The Need:
If you as a parent send your child to college and they are in a dorm or apartment you have a tremendous amount of uncertainty about the safety of your child. Can someone attack my child in their dorm room? Can someone break into their room while they are there? What happens if my child gets very sick or ill and the only person around is their college roommate?
The Solution:
The college student’s dorm phone or cell phone can be used as a Panic Alert. The address that the police will respond to will be the dorm or apartment of that student, which you are able to pre-load once enrolled. This is a way to have the “mobile security” needed by parents and their children. If a student activates the Panic Alert from their telephone, you are notified as well. Now parents will have the increased security and certainty that they have more control over the safety of their child.
Home Security:
The Need, and The Solution:
The Panic Alert acts as a Silent Alarm from any telephone in the home.
Unlike 911, where the Operator will ask, “what is the emergency?” and complete silence is compromised, the Panic Alert speed dial feature is silent. When keeping completely silent is imperative, the Panic Alert will notify the police, as well as family members immediately. There is no need to speak or be spoken to. You will hear a confirmation message if you choose to listen after engaging a silent alarm.
This is especially important for those people who do not have a security system in their home. But even if you do, and even if it includes an alarm button on the keypad, will you want to sound the alert siren ? And home alarm keypads are usually in an inconvenient place, not where you sleep, or where you spend most of your time. . However, most people have telephones in multiple locations in their home.
